Prices are in EURO and per week incl. VAT., bed linen, towels and W-LAN. Maximum occupancy 12 persons plus 2 infants up to an age of 3, coin slot washing machine and laundry dryer available.

Additional Charges: Security deposit (EUR 200,00), final cleaning (EUR 150,00), visitor’s tax (EUR 1,40) per day and adult. Additional infant bed EUR 50,00 per Woche (max. 2 possible)

BUSINESS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Preamble
The legal relationship between you as a customer (tenant) and the Chalet Harmonie (lessor) is governed by the law and following rental terms, the complete and supplement the statutory provisions. Each customer accepts the reservation for themselves and for the co-pending from Him people these conditions as binding.

Booking and Reservation Confirmation
Reservations must be made in writing at Chalet Harmonie (Family Klumpp & Family Buchner). A booking form can be found on our website www.chalet-harmonie.at or as an attachment of an offer. The vacationer undertakes with its reservation to the terms of business of the landlord. The rental includes the use of the leased property; including the establishment and grounds. The number of persons when booking receives valid and must be observed. Extra people staying in the property must be notified by the tenant principle of management. If not reported overcrowding by the tenant, the Administration is entitled to per person in the property to charge an amount up to EUR 30.00 per day.

Payment Deadlines
A reservation or booking is confirmed by the Harmonie (Family Klumpp & Family Buchner) with an account statement / invoice within 14 days. With this confirmation, the reservation is for confirmed booking. After receiving the confirmation, the tenant pays a deposit of 20% of the rent within 10 days. The balance is due no later than 4 weeks before arrival. If bookings (less than 5 weeks before arrival) the total price is due immediately. In late payment are not entitled to the reservation, however, the payment obligation of the tenant remains. Failure to comply with an obligation to pay remains the same. The tenant can withdraw in writing by an reservation. In case of cancellation of the tenant to the landlord as follows billed:

Cancellation / Booking

  • to 91 days before rental Eur 50,00
  • 90 to 61 days before arrival 25% of rental,
  • 60 to 35 days before arrival 50% of rental,
  • 34-2 days before arrival 80% of rental,
  • 1 day prior to arrival or no-show 95% of rental.
When rebooking be the tenant booking fee of 10% of the rent, but at least charged Euro 50,00. In case of early departure, no refund of the balance of the rent is paid.

Arrival Departure
The lease is valid only for the confirmed time. On arrival intake into accommodation from 16 clock, on departure handover of the house by 10am in a purified state. If the house later than 10 am leaving, the rent of an additional day must be paid. Alternative date of arrival and departure times must be agreed with the landlord. The confirmation must be presented upon arrival.

Non smoking Chalet
The Chalet Harmonie is a non-smoking Chalet. Within the whole building smoking is not allowed. In case of violation, a professional deodorization will be organized and charged with EURO 180 per room.

Pets
We point out that an entrainment and accommodation of pets in the accommodation is not allowed.

Special Conditions and Notices
  1. Prices: For all prices the currently valid price list is based on that on request received by the tenant to the landlord, or be seen www.chalet-harmonie.at on the homepage. All prices are gross prices (incl. VAT.). All utilities lt. Prices are settled by the tenant before leaving the administration.
  2. Deposit: The landlord is entitled to demand return of keys a deposit of Euro 200,00. The deposit will be refunded upon proper return of the rented property after deduction of related costs. The tenant confirms that he has taken over the house and its equipment in a clean, orderly and complete condition. Should after the assumption still seems faulty, resulting possibly from the previous tenant, this is immediately reported to the management, so that no doubts as to the authorship of these shortcomings persist. It is assumed that the house and its equipment is passed back to the landlord by the tenant, his family, companions and acquaintances treated gently and the extract in fair condition. Should the tenant or its passengers the house, its equipment or parts are damaged or go missing, the tenant is liable in full replacement value. Damage or loss must be reported unsolicited latest when extract the landlord.
  3. Law and Jurisdiction: takes to the contractual relationship between the guest or client and the AF exclusively by German law. The same applies to the other relationship.
